What if I’m not happy with the end result?
Since we’ll be working with you along the way, there shouldn’t be any reason you’re not happy BUT if for some reason we can’t get it right, YOU DON’T PAY.
Who owns the song when we’re done?
You do. You’re hiring us just like you’d hire any other musician or studio and so you keep all the rights to your song.
How good will the quality of the final product be?
The same quality you can expect from any top recording studio. The songs will be ready to put on your CD or played on the radio.
How good does my sketch or recording I send you need to be?
Only good enough for us to get the idea. If you want to just sing the melody into a tape recorder and send us a cassette, we’ll figure out the chords and beat that should go with your song. If you have a demo you recorded in your home studio, that’s fine too. You can even write chords and lyrics on a piece of paper and mail it to us!
I recorded a killer vocal or guitar take at home. Can you use that in a full production package?
Yes. While we’re limited to the initial quality, you’d be surprised at what we can do to even a cassette recording.
When/how do I pay?
After you send us your idea and complete our questionnaire, we’ll talk with you about your song to make sure we’re on the same page. If everything sounds good to you, we’ll send you an invoice for an advance payment equal to half of the total and you can pay by credit card, PayPal, or money order. We’ll get to work as soon as we receive your payment.
How long does it take?
Reviewing takes a day, recording takes a few days, mixing takes a day, and mastering/finalizing takes a day. As long as we get your immediate feedback at each step, and if our current workload permits, it can take as little as 5 business days. We’ll always let you know before you pay when you can expect completion.

Why can’t I just call you?
You can, but it may take us a bit to get back to you. In order to keep our prices low, everyone here is involved directly in making your song great (in other words, we don’t pay a receptionist). If you absolutely must talk on the phone, please request a phone call and we’ll be more than happy to talk.
